non-emergency) and sewer services (phone 541-679-6739), while the
Winston-Dillard Water District (phone 541-679-8467) provides
water to the City and neighboring areas, and the Winston-Dillard
Rural Fire District No. 5 (phone 541-679-8721) provides both fire
protection and emergency services to the City and neighboring
areas.
The Winston-Dillard Area Chamber of Commerce operates the local
Visitor Information Center located at 30 NW Glenhart with the
