The City of Winston provides police (phone 541-679-6706 non-emergency) and sewer services (phone 541-679-6739), while the Winston-Dillard Water District (phone 541-679-8467) provides water to the City and neighboring areas, and the Winston-Dillard Rural Fire District No. 5 (phone 541-679-8721) provides both fire protection and emergency services to the City and neighboring areas.
